Carrie & Rodney opened Prana Mañana Wellness Center in 2017. Carrie has been teaching yoga since 2016 and Rodney has been practicing massage for 20 years.
After relocating to Traverse City in 2023, we’ve been embracing wood-fired sauna and cold plunge as newer additions to our wellness routine. Our massage office is located on Hastings St/Parsons near the TART.
We’re the custodians of beautiful 12 acre woods on the Manistee River, about a 50 minute drive from Traverse City, and we want to share it with the sauna community. Opportunities for nature enthusiasts to enjoy sauna with cold plunge, fishing, canoe, kayak, snowshoe or hike abound if you’re interested. Or, just come for sauna and the views.
